The art of Energy Healing using the method of Usui and Tibetan Reiki has transformed both my inner and outer world. Growing up I was unaware of my “sensitivities” and heightened intuition. Many people in my life have called me witty and observant but that was not it. Reiki helped me become aware that I have claircognizant abilities. I self-studied about Energy extensively after experiencing imbalances in my own energy field. My first encounter with energy work was through weekly acupuncture to restore my energy flow and there I learned about the meridians, then my curiosity did not stop, I delved deeper into the chakras, auras, meditation, yoga, and cleansing energies.

What is a Reiki Session?
A Reiki Session is an appointment you schedule to receive Energy Healing for about 60-90 minutes from a Reiki practitioner. I offer Reiki Indoors at the studio, home, or office, Long-Distance Reiki anywhere transcending time and space, Reiki Outdoors on the beach or in nature, and Reiki Revitalize for organizations seeking a wellness package to boost employee well-being.
Is Reiki training the same as class?
Yes, a Reiki class includes an attunement, and training practice after. The different levels of practice are Reiki Level I Practitioner, Level II Practitioner, Level III – Master Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. The education and training I follow is Usui and Tibetan Reiki lineage and symbols.
What is a Reiki Attunement?
Reiki is is a sacred and personal experience, where a Reiki Master Teacher (I) imparts to the student (you) the ability to connect with and channel Reiki energy. This initiation enhances your capacity to work with the Universal Life Force Energy for healing and personal growth – a significant step in your Reiki journey. Reiki attunement at all levels must be in-person.
